Posts can be created with 3 attributes: title, body, tags
tags are separated by commas - e.g., tip, outlook
-> If there are no tags or none like "for:", post is Private
-> If one of the tags is for:name1 - then user name1 (when logged on) can view the item and collaborate/comment
-> If one of the tags is for:all - then the item is public - in the LAN or the web !
the "ranking" page contains personal and community ranking

Examples

Write a post with tag open, the item can be seen only when logged on @ collatodo open items
